The Future is ours…

Help us make this a reality for the future of Edinburg. The Edinburg Arts Foundation, along with the City of Edinburg, the Edinburg Library and it’s Cultural Activities Board have been working arduously to make this goal a reality for the City.

The Arts and Culture Center will house studio and gallery space, classroom and workshop space available to the community and the creative industry within our city and surrounding areas. This is the anchor to Culture in the Rio Grande Valley.

The South Texas Arts and Culture Center will house the City’s Cultural Arts Department which currently hosts the Following Festivals:

  • FESTIBA Community Day

  • Out of this World UFO Conference & Festival

  • Edinburg National Day of Prayer

  • Edinburg Music Fest

  • Filipino Festival

  • Juneteenth Jubilee

  • FridaFest

  • South Texas International Film Festival

  • Los Muertos Bailan

  • Diwali: Festival of Lights

  • Lighting of the Christmas Tree

The Edinburg Arts Foundation proudly supports the City of Edinburg’s Cultural Arts Initiatives by advocating and through financial support. Your contributions help keep the City’s cultural program thrive.

All Cultural Arts Festivals will be spearheaded out of the South Texas Arts & Culture Center. The Center will also be home to additional programs offered by the Cultural Arts Division such as:

  • Edinburg Community Theater

  • Artology

  • The Creative Workshop Series

  • Fine Art Exhibits at the Library

Additionally, the South Texas Arts & Culture Center (STACC) will house studio spaces to serve as the catalyst of the South Texas Creative Industry making Edinburg the leader in creative commerce.
